    In case of cancellation we have to charge you the following cancellation Fees:

    • until 14 days prior your arrival no cancellation fees
    • until 7 days prior your Arrival 50% of the estimated residence costs
    • from 7 days prior your Arrival 90% of the estimated residence costs
