Zotter Chocolate

Josef Zotter is considered one of the world’s finest chocolatiers, and his chocolate factory is recognised as one of Austria’s most sustainable businesses. The secret of success lies in combining quality, variety and sustainability with creativity, art and a touch of humour. Here, chocolate is produced bean-to-bar – from the cocoa bean to the finished bar – in pure organic and fair-trade quality.

On the exciting tasting tour, your guests can look through the glass architecture into the production area and sample the unique range of flavours at creatively staged tasting stations – including surprising combinations such as cheese, bacon or even fish in chocolate.

Afterwards, groups can relax in the “Edible Zoo” and round off the day with a game of farmer’s golf.

New: Endorphins roll out of the roller coaster and robots serve chocolate – a truly unique experience.
