Gölles - Manufactory for Fine Spirits & Premium Vinegar

At the Gölles manufactory, your group will discover what distinguishes a classic apple vinegar from a long-aged balsamic vinegar. Guests’ senses are awakened in Austria’s largest vinegar barrel cellar, where tasting and aroma stations invite them to explore and compare different flavours and fragrances.

In the distillery, visitors gain fascinating insights into the traditional double distillation process and learn how fine spirits are carefully crafted. The experience concludes with a tasting of premium spirits.
