Erlebnisberg Loser

The panoramic cable car comfortably takes your groups up the mountain while offering impressive panoramic views across the Ausseerland region. From the top station, numerous hiking tours lead to some of the most beautiful viewpoints in the Salzkammergut region.

With views of the Dachstein Glacier, guests can reach the “Archduke Johann” circular hiking trail around Lake Augstsee within just a few minutes from the cable car station. This easy walk (approx. 10 minutes) around the crystal-clear lake, combined with the uninterrupted views through the famous “Loser Window”, perfectly complements the mountain experience.

After the hike, the team at the Loseralm mountain restaurant treats guests to regional and seasonal specialities served on the spacious sun terrace.
