Every Friday there is a Schmankerltag at the Hoamtgfüh in Bad Mitterndorf!
On our "Schmankerltag" we offer our guests typical delicacies such as fresh farmer's doughnuts, homemade "Raungerl", traditional alpine coffee and real, freshly baked rye-pancakes with Styrian cheese.
The rye-pancakes, or as called here "Steirerkaskrapfen", are a typical specialty of our region: pancakes made of rye flour filled with Ennstal Steirerkäse.
