Wonderful holidays at Lake Altaussee await you in our house in Altaussee.

On 250 square meters of living space you have space for yourself and your loved ones, enough retreats and behind the house the green meadow opens up with a terrace and a lovely view of Altaussee, the local mountain Loser and the surrounding mountain landscape.

You can reach Lake Altaussee in 3 minutes via the forest and meadow path.

The newly renovated house offers you a cozy living room with a tiled stove and kitchen on the ground floor, a bathroom, a room with a sofa bed that can also be used by the little ones after the meal. The porch leads to the garden with terrace. On the first floor you will find a separate toilet, a bathroom with a double sink, a cozy living room, the veranda with a reading sofa and two bedrooms with a connecting door. The master bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Two more bedrooms await you under the roof, a toilet and another bedroom with a king-size bed.

The highlights are the two Aussee verandas on each floor, where you can comfortably read a book and enjoy some time to yourself. The picturesque view there and from every window of the house will also make you rave. From spring 2023 you will be spoiled with a cozy sauna with a view of the countryside.

In summer numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes await you, in winter you can reach the Loser in just 7 kilometers. You will be particularly impressed by a trip to the nearby mysterious Toplitzsee, which - according to the stories - hides valuable treasures.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
