Experience nature on foot and take a deep breath. Nowhere is this better than at the Grazerhütte, a rustic and cozy hut at 1.620 meters above sea level.
The Grazerhütte, built in 1928 and managed from 1933 to 1934 by cosmopolitan and Dalai Lama friend Heinrich Harrer, at 1.632 meters is located directly on the 6-lake hike. For the ambitious and experienced guests, the Traweng can be reached via the normal path or via the via ferrata Gamsblick just behind the house.
The accommodation on the picturesque Tauplitzalm is ideal for overnight stays, resting, resting and stopping for a bite to eat.
We are happy to provide information about a stay at the Grazerhütte in Tauplitz by phone or e-mail!
The ascent is from Bad Mitterndorf via the Tauplitzalm Alpine Road. (subject to toll)
In summer you can drive up to the accommodation. In winter, the car must be left at the parking lot on the Tauplitzalm. You will be picked up from there and brought to the hut.
