Christmas time is circus time. The Cirque Noël Graz festival showcases the most exciting and groundbreaking companies in the field of contemporary circus around the turn of the year and delights its audience with a cultural program for the whole family.

What happens when the powerful sound of an orchestra is packed into a tiny digital device and handed to eight acrobats?
The audience favorites Gravity & Other Myths return for the fifth time to Cirque Noël Graz and celebrate the European premiere of their new piece Canon.
Canon skillfully plays with the traditions of classical music and circus, allowing them to meet anew: With humor, joy of play, and impressive acrobatics, the ensemble explores what happens when old ideas encounter new bodies. Contemporary artistry merges with a variety of artistic expressions, questioning the familiar, reassembling it, and thinking it through in surprising ways.
Full of energy, creativity, and breathtaking physical virtuosity, Canon invites audiences of all ages to rediscover our cultural heritage in a completely unique way.
