Barely a stone’s throw away from the airport is the sculpture park, a surprising, self-contained and lyrical locale surrounded by a grassy embankment. Man-made hills with sharply drawn arris, water pools designed with geometrical precision and slants and bumps form an artificial landscape consummated in numerous large sculptures and land art items. Friends of this highly unusual garden gather to celebrate special occasions under the roof of the little pavilion by the lake.
